My System: Technomate TM-7655 2VA and Computer is Window Vista

Hi, I downloaded a software for my technomate site TM-7755 2VA 2CI & TM-7655 2VA Loader. I tried downloading it on my box but was asking for a *.DAT file I don't understand could somone put me thru pleaseee!!!.
