I will try this later today, and I will see if I can get some digital shots to upload here, and do some editing and experimenting. I'll try and trace back the connection functions from the D connector, so we can see what is actually going on. Possibly a capacitor or open resistor is causing this affect. Of course I cringe at SMT's and poor eyesite...
