Correct, more than eight users, a multiswitch would be needed. A Quattro LNb (four fixed ouputs) would need to feed a switch. Ideally a mains powered active multi-switch will require a landlords supply (what we call it here in the UK). You can use a RX powered switch but the losses will be greater.
