It take it your Qbox is at home and you are trying to connect from work?
Its probably nothing to do with proxy settings.
You'll need to set up port forwarding on your home DSL modem/router and Dynamic DNS if you dont have a static IP address.

The ports you need to forward are the ports that CccamInfoPHP uses.
