is the motor control on (usals or diseqc)? is there no manual control buttons on the motor?
you can test the stb by bypassing the motor and go straight to the lnb and just line the dish up on a satellite ... 1w if the motor is on 1w.
that will show you if the 13v/18v 22k is all OK on the stb |
