Not sure what the heck is going on with your IP addresses. It wouldn't be the IP address of your wireless router because because the router would need to be on the same network (192.168.0.0) as everything else in order to work.

I found a way to turn the dmz off and still get the port forwarding: On the DSL router I port forward the 12000 and 16001 to the 192.168.178.20 (which must be the IP of the WIFI router). Then on the WIFI router I port forward the 12000 and 16001 to the Dreambox IP. See screenshots.

If I turn off the port forwarding in either box it does not work anymore.
