A lot of these questions can be answered by reading the Idiot's Guide entries but assuming your box is connected to the Internet and you are running with a Gemini image, you can download the latest CCcam and CCcam config by clicking on Menu...Blue Panel...Addons and download from the Gemini server. The most recent CCcam will be available that way.
Use the Blue Panel to assign CCcam to the B
SkyB provider and make sure your
Sky card is installed in one of the Dreamcrypt card readers.
