Shouldn't have any problems scanning those channels in if you're correctly pointing to Astra 28E.
For ITV HD, enter the parameters shown here in your application (presumably DVBviewer, but will be similar for others).
You won't open Ch4 HD unless you have a CI module married to your
Skystar HD2 in which to use an appropriate CAM and
Sky card.
