Skystar HD2 will only work with a customed device file, called "BDA_ALL". There are two files, BDA_ALL.DEV and BDA_ALL.INI, you must put them in the "Devices" folder located in the root folder of your DVBDream installation.

As far as I can see the channels you are trying to receive could be the ones from the "Airtel" package, transmitted exclusively in DVB-S2. So in order to receive them with DVBViewer Pro you must go to Settings>Options>Hardware and make sure that the "Is DVB-S2 device" check button is selected. And finally you should check if your transponders .ini files are up to date.
Skystar HD2 works fine here with the latest drivers and those two programs...
