Take a good look at the card, from both sides and see if there is any info regarding the encryption system. It can't be both. Or ask the provider.
Anyway, you will be taking a big chance if it is in Videoguard (NDS).
My recommendation is to save your money on buying PCI card and CAM and just use the analogue AV output from your receiver and a video card with AV inputs and a software application like Nero to record to the PC.
