You stated in your first post the signal
has not returned thus contradicting your previous post because it does not work fine in good weather any more.
In the complete absence of further more pertinent/relevant or indeed useful information from you we can therefore only give generic answers to your apparent problem which could be any one or more from the following
Misaligned dish
misaligned lnb
faulty lnb
loose connector on lnb allowing ingress of water.
faulty, damaged or incorrectly jointed cable from lnb to stb allowing same
