I think all that opens is Da Vinci Learning on 5E, but I haven't personally bothered with it.
With Underworld 170 you now also get all the Irdeto 2 encrypted channels from Canal Digitaal on 19E:

Only the channels encrypted using Irdeto 2, not the whole package, but that still opens most of them. |
