I don't have any problem with those low rates when I scan the same channels into, say, my Echostar or Fortec Passion HD. Tried different DVB applications on the PC, same problem. My older
Skystar 2 with a different tuner/driver is better than the HD version.
I swopped an Invacom dual with a new quad, but there was no difference.
Hope your quest for a PCI card with the specs you want is successful, I'll keep a lookout too.
