My System: Looking for softcore channels , on eurobird 9 with echolink ......need help

i have this satallite installed on my Echolink , is it okay , if it is , how can i install more channels on my echolink system ????
do i have to TP scan or what to put the frequency ???

i am new on eutalset w2 i use to be on hotbird pls help me????
