Ok well I do not know your stb but generally you have some software on your PC which allows you to connect to the stb via a null modem or USB connector. You load the bin or hex file on the PC then often switch off the stb and back on again. Some units are different, but to be honest nobody is messing around with keys and files these days as apart from Digi TV at 1 West everything is now secure |
