You ARE responsible what happens to the item in the postal service. If it arrives D.O.A it is your responsibility.
He should send the item back to you if he wants a refund.
Yes, he can charge back, but he will have to go through the paypal resolution process.
Just tell him that if he wants a refund, he will have to send the item back to you. |
