I have had disputes as a buyer and seller. Only once was paypal disputes used, and that is the only time the dispute wasn't resolved. As the seller I had the money and they refused to return the item so I kept the money. A friendly e-mail is a much better start to sorting out a problem, going str8 to paypal just gets peoples backs up IMHO. |
