My System: Mostly gathering dust cos I'm a lazy git. Porty dish face blew off the mount, not too pleased...

New(ish) purchase - Pace MSS500-IP

Carboot sales are great, I just got a Pace MSS500 with the positioner, for £8, no remote but I still have a spare at home from my dead MSS1000, it was an impulse buy seeing how I have no dish with a motor on it...

I also bought something else that's analogue, but talking about it is against forum rules...

Forgot to mention that it's also got a yellow sky card in it...

Now I have an ice-scraper for my kitchen...

My System: 1.2M & 55cm Gregorian Dish`s, 1.5m Gibertini on a Jaeger 1224 H-H motor. 1m channelmaster elliptical 84-E dish,Dreambox 7025 200gb HD, Vbox-II. SS2 Card. 42" Plasma tv.

I used to have a pace 508ip, there great for using as a positioner.

Also good for a scart switch box, with there 4 scart connections.

I just wish I had something to position with this box, I just had it switched on and I could hear the relays ticking when I changed channels..

As for a Scart switch, I did that with my MSS300 until I got my Combi TV a couple of years back, very handy for my PS2...

I don't think it's been used since sky Analogue left 19.2e, all the channels on it haven't been altered, there's a set with names like "Astra1, Astra2, etc." and only when it goes up into the 100's does the relays for the motor kick in (but of course it comes up with "Motor Error") and display the "Please wait, locating satellite" or something along those lines...

I was using it to try and find HotBird, but I really do think that HotBird is a mythical satellite as I haven't found it yet in the past few years I've been channel hopping, bloomin' annoying it is!!! I can find 28.2e & 19.2e without looking at the TV or boxes!!!

My System: Sky UK. FTA analogue & digital satellite from 5 fixed dishes (5E/7E/9E/13E/16E /19E/23E/28E) Pace MSS100, Echostar IP3000VA, Technomate TM-1000D, Dreambox 7020S

The last noble sat warrior to fly the olden flag of Analogue

How can you miss the Hottietotties? They are easily as strong as 28E now the old uns have been pensioned off.

Try Duna on 10815H analogue

Will do, it could be that my house is ever so slightly in the way, but I'll try that frequency...
