My System: Sky UK. FTA analogue & digital satellite from 5 fixed dishes (5E/7E/9E/13E/16E /19E/23E/28E) Pace MSS100, Echostar IP3000VA, Technomate TM-1000D, Dreambox 7020S

Unhappy Badr-C switched off

The following C-band analogue channels have been switched off from Badr-C at 26.2E

Euronews - 3836H
Iqraa - 3844V
Al Jazeera English - 3996H
Al Jazeera Satellite Channel - 4076H

This seems to be the end for the elderly Badr-C (ex PAS 5) as the other digital channels have been withdrawn over the last few days.
Its unknown at the moment if these channels will be reinstated on other satellites, although chances are not favourable.

Yes looks like they have - they werent listed on Flysat last time I looked. I'll change the title of the thread to minimise confusion.
