It looks like a Megasat 90cm dish from the late 80's to me, coupled with a clone of a 1224 H to H actuator.

What material is the reflector ?

had some good Ebay results recently ,the motors probably worth the asking price alone.
its a 700 mile round trip though
be interesting to see how it compares to the TM1500,
those feed supports look all wrong to me whaddaya think
1.7 m used to be a standard size if I remember right, it was along time ago though
