My System: Various digiboxes, broken Nokia 9800S, numerous analogue boxes. My lovely little lappy, HP Omnibook 6100

I appear to have lost my cookies as I had to login again. All appears OK now.

Sorry to have missed the mermaid.

Hi Chris...

Don't seem to be able to upload any attachments.

Have a screenshot of the errors.... but can't upload it!

String of error messages, starting with "failed to open stream : permission denied"

Any ideas?

When replying to a post the insert image button doesn’t bring up the prompt for the URL of the image. This isn’t uploading a picture, but linking to one.

Might just be me, or Mozilla (havent checked in IE) but as the insert hyperlink or insert email address ones next to it does I thought it might be a problem at the forum end.

Didn't work for me, but does now with IE6, will download Mozzie Firefox and see what it does.

This isn’t attaching an image, but linking to one from another site,

For example linking to by typing
[*img] http://www.google.com/images/logo.gif[*/img], the insert image button used to bring up a prompt for that, but doesn’t any longer.

Are those pics from your garden rolf?

Yes they are, I'm one of those sad blokes who likes taking pictures of birds (the feathered variety), can't get the other ones to stand still long enough.

Garden birdwatch is fun. You note down the max number of any one species you see in any one week, and send the records in at least once a quarter. You can spend hours on it, or just note what you see when you pass the window As long as its more or less the same each week, the numbers will be representative. The data is number crunched to see whats trends are happening over a period of time. (Decline for most of them)

Not usual to see fat balls and tits in the same post on this forum.

Yep, about the same here, I think 10 is the biggest number I've seen at one go.
