ART Al Awael Package on Nilesat 7W

Here is the ADD ART Al Awael package on Nilesat 7W
ART Arab Radio and Television Network is the world's largest television network for Arabs.
There is some confusion about ART smartcards.
The ART AL Awael is broadcasting from Nilesat 7W in Irdeto 2 while some of the channels are included in the Arabesque package on Hot Bird 13E encrypted in Viaccess 2.5

If anybody knows of a reliable shop with reasonable price for the smartcard, please post the details here.

To others who are looking for this card:

I had no luck finding anyone that sells it. I had to ask a friend in Israel to get if for me and ship it to me. It cost me USD500 for a year.

For most, ART cards for Hotbird would be a better alternative since they are cheap and easy to find.
