CI Slot

Hope someone can help. I recently brought a HDTV with a CI slot for a CAM card. Can someone tell me what I need to do to use the CAM i.e. card type I can use and how exactly it works, and what I will get. I am a totally newbie to all this so the more info anybody can give me the better.

It already has built in freeview

Thanks

My System: Sky+, DB 7000s, Gemini 4.3 in flash, Var on USB stick. Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Unaohm EP313, Swires Annie 204 Spectrum, Rover ST-4 Spectrum.

You will need a TopupTV CAM and a card from either TopupTV or Setanta Sport, not sure how much these cost.
