My System: LG RH277H DVD player & Sony TV |
Hi Guys & Girls, I have a LG RH277H DVD player and recently it is saying that it doen not recognise DVD's that are put into the player to play. The DVD's are not rip offs or pirated DVD's but ones bought on the high street or ,amazon. The player is about 6mts old and hasn't been giving any trouble till now. I have tried a laser lens cleaning disk but when I put it into the player it gives a message saying there is no disk in the player to play!! The odd time it will play a DVD that it has previously said it did not recognise. Any ideas on how to get it playing DVD's again. Thanks in advance, Couchspud

My System: TM6800HD, TM1000, TM600 Linux,TM5200, TM2200 motor, Triax TD110 dish + Fortec 85cm. Meter=Satlook Micro+G2 NIT | I had a Sony DVD player that did that, I changed the optical unit, but it wasn't very cheap. If it's only 6 months old it should stilll be under guarantee, why don't you contact your retailer for a replacement. Robbo
