My System: 2 x sky digiboxs 1 bush freesat sd 1 Humax freesat HD 1 FORTECSTAR rec (not in use) |
After buying a Samsung Full hd tv ( LE40A558P3 )with inbuilt Freeview I've seen that 4 HD channels are to be broadcast on Freeview next year in the North West when the Analogue is switched off.My question is has this tv got DVB-T2 using MPEG4 to receive them ? I can't find this info anywhere on the net.

My System: Various digiboxes, broken Nokia 9800S, numerous analogue boxes. My lovely little lappy, HP Omnibook 6100 | It's possible (just!) that it might be updateable in the future but AFAIK it doesn't support DVB-T2 in its present state. You need to contact the manufacturers or their agents to see if they have any upgrade plans.
