Colour Problem in 17" ONN LCD TV

Am from India.

I bought ONN 17` - AO17LC - Widescreen LCD TV & PC Monitor from UK. unfortunately i can't get colors in LCD TV mode,but PC mode colours are fine.
in AV outputs - Sony DVD player is working fine.all other major DVD players not working and giving same colour problem.

anyone having Eprom file for 17" onn Lcd tv or can you help me ' how to solve this problem'? please do the needful if you can....
