My System: sony TV plus two Sony dvd recorders. all new
Cool Hdmi

hi, i have a sony HD TV and 2 Sony DVD recorders, all new. connecting up the DVDs to the TV with scart leads and it all works fine. connect up the DVD, either 1 or both with the HDMI leads and i lose ITV, ITV2 ITV3 and channel four etc, TV says this station not tuned in and the DVD is frozen. all the other channels work just fine though. Any ideas why cos the picture is so much better vis HDMI. any help will be gratefully received

My System: 90cm dish and a manhatten disceq motor, thats it!!!

Hi Mate

Im no expert but have you tried re-scanning? Maybe something to do with viewing SD signal via scart but HD broadcasts on a differant frequency. If you hve not already done them would suggest this.

Also, once done, re-boot the box.

Good luck
