Comparison of two DVB-S2 platforms, Conexant v.s. STI

Hello.

Currently I own two units of HD receivers - Next YE2000HDTV (a.k.a. Octagon SF918HD) , ClarkeTech HD5000C Plus (a.k.a. Technomate TM6900 Super). They use different chipsets, but from 1st approach, they look quite similar. This article helps you to sort out, which has which feature (ones that generally not outlined in manual or "official" review), so you can select receiver according to feature importance to you.

Since I found this comparison quite technical, I decided to post it here. If it's also ok for complete newbies, then I think, moderator can move it to area accessible to all members.
