My System: Sky+ Multiroom,Thompson PVR, Dreambox 7000S, 300gig HDD, 1.1m Dish, Moteck SG-2100A DISEQC Motor, Gemini image, 2g USB Stick.  A defender of the Remote Control Brigade, Sir R can flick channels faster than a Robben dive |
Does anyone know where the best place to buy a HDD recorder from... Idealy i want want with Ethernet connection to the PC and able to play DivX and such

My System: Technomate 1500ci+ super (upstairs), Phoenix Apollo MC (downstairs) both running off a cheapo 80cm dish with a twin output monoblock 13° & 19.2°. Sky+ (downstairs) piped 'round the house. | Not sure where from, everywhere I s'pose....... But I was looking into one to record some satstuff (not s&y, I have a s&y+), then edit it onto dvd..... it appears that a lot of these HD recorders don't have a scart input!, they have scart output but nothing in the form of an AV input..... Not all of 'em, but most of the cheap ones and usually them with freeview onboard!............... can't see the point of buying one just to record TV/Freeview..... me s&y+ can do that! | ||
