Question Viewing HDTV Channels on PCI DVB Cards

Hello
I have a TwinHan VisionPlus 1030a PCI DVB-S Card and recieve HDTV Channels from Hotbird like HD Forum and TPS Star.I View these channels with DVB Viewer and I use CoreAVC H.264 Codec. But it works unstable and the video crashes every 10 second and the sound is the same.I have the same problem in DVB Dream 1.2a and in additional I see 1/4 video in DVB Dream.
I have used lots of codecs like NeroH.264-Leadtek-ffdShow-MainconceptH.264-IntervideoH.264-x264codec-Videosoft H.264
But none of them work stable in DVB apps.
The newest version of ProgDVB does NOT work with H.264 codec and crashes
Is there anybody to help? PLEASE HELP ME
