satellire receiver to CRT monitor

hi guys
i wonder if it possible to find a Satellite receiver with a VGA output and speaker out so that to view through my 21" CRT monitor and PC speackers.
also can we find one that is in addition HDTV ready

QualiTV recievers do HD quite well though are still expensive.
If your graphics card has video in then no problem really.
