FTP problem and Factoring reset

Hi,

When I conect to my azbox premium HD I don't have access to serverals directorys like "/" or "/DISK2", i'm using filezilla, I've access to "/EMU".

To try correct with a factory reset but only change my setting.... plugins, satellites, my fav, etc. not deleted.

How i resolve this problem and how I make a reset factory with clean everythings.

Thx in advance.

My System: azbox hd premium hp pavillion laptop

go to to data reset, delete plugins, delete sats (make sure youve backed up channel list first.,then do factory reset, then have firmware patch on usb and reload formatting the application area 1st,that will get everything back.
