Aqui deixo uma dica como possivel solução. Não foi testada, apesar de dizerem que funciona!!

1ºdesligar a box
2ºtirar a antena sat da box
3º ligar novamente a box e em viacess T*S meter novamente a 1ª linha tudo a 0
4ºdesligar a box
5º meter novamente a antena sat na box
6ºligar novamente a bx
esta fica a funçIonar normalmente em todos os outros pacotes mas sem os T*S
