I assume you get everything else you should eg ITV etc and therefore the sat dish is pointed correctly etc.

First reboot the receiver to see if that cures the fault. Next try a different frequency such as 10788 v 22000 or any other at http://www.lyngsat.com/astra2d.html

Can you test individual frequency signal strengths on this receiver?

Cheers

Well some of the frequencies do work. Even 10773 works but i don't get the channels, all i get is 3 random channels which are no good and i've tried many different frequencies and hardly any work.

I jut tried the 10788 V 22000 Signal nearly 90%
But when i search all i get is about 12 "Taquilla" channels?

Thanks Nick

P.S I've rebooted the receiver many times before but no help.

My System: Sky UK. FTA analogue & digital satellite from 5 fixed dishes (5E/7E/9E/13E/16E /19E/23E/28E) Pace MSS100, Echostar IP3000VA, Technomate TM-1000D, Dreambox 7020S

If you are getting the taquilla channels then your dish is pointing at 19E not 28E

You are definately on 19.2e. I would also say that the motor is setup incorrectly. Has it been setup by yourself? Has it worked in the past?
Try having the receiver motor the dish 9 degrees east then manually adjust the elevation til you get the signal. It will tide you over for now.

this is a good howto for motors: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VBErZGBb2Fo

My System: TM6800HD+TD110+StabHH90 motor,TM1000D+Orbital 1m Multifeed 16E,23E,28E.DigitAlB movies. A Bigsat BS-S77CX and a Sky Dodgibox.

Hi,
If it is a motorised dish, you will have to send the dish to the satellites at 28E, and if you get a good signal, do a scan. If you can't, then you are not tracking the arc and the dish/motor needs setting up properly.

As a quick fix, you could send the dish to 28E, and then go outside and adjust the dish to get a signal on 28E. Then when you have time, go and set the whole system up properly.

Well i can't go out today because of the weather. I'll try fixing it when rain stops.
