sky set-top lost channels line up

Hi,

i had a second reciever added to my sky digital dish, but upon installation the engineer only managed to set up the receiver to only 7-8 channels.

how would i carry out to get the full channel line up on the reciever.

i'm able to use the add channels section to scan for channels but they are only being stored in services under 'other channels' which is limited to 50 channels storage space.

tried to ring the engineer but he's not being much helpfull

please help.

Thanks for the tip.
found out that my receiver was faulty. replaced it with the other spare one it's in full working order.

anyway how would i tune the sky remote to fuction my LCD tv.

You need the 3 or 4 digit TV brand code and then programme the remote for TV operation.

Google 'sky remote codes' and there's plenty of info.

Or you can press the interactive button on your Sky remote, Sky Customer Services, option 5, programme your remote, all available codes are there..
