I heard tonight that s*y will be offering a standard STB that will record ! As far as i know it will only be a single feed so you can`t watch one whilst recording another. My System: PACE 430 (Radio Reception only to feed a SKY Gnome), PACE 3100 (PVR 2.5), ROI SKY 6 mixes, Technomate TM-1500 CI+, TM-6900 HD, 100 cm Triax (Sky), 80 cm Nokia with Motec SG-2100. MacBook and that's that. |

My System: Sky HD, TM6800HD, Manhattan Plaza ST550 and TM1500 CI+. 1.0m dish and 36v motor, Panasonic DVD HDD recorder and Panasonic video/DVD recorder. Sony G800 HD TV stand/surround system + Sony KDL40W2000. Infinity USB, Elvis, CAS1, CAS2. | It would be a pointless and retrograde step.
