Classic Sports/football channels

ther was talk some time ago about sky/bbc launching a classic/sport/football channel.

Anybody know anything more.

I known there is classic espn available using the add channels but I only speaks the english.Will this launch with an english soundtrack

For Calssic Sports of the automobile type, have a look at Motors.

Great historic coverage of racing from the sixties up to the eighties, especially motorcycles and endurance racing

Its been free on European satellite for a long time and now sky have it on their platform.

For football on sky, unfortunately the only way seems to be by subscription, even though the rights and probably the original costs of staging, filming and storing have already been recouped many times over.
