SKY: Emap radio to launch on satellite

The four Emap radio stations which have not confirmed a launch on satellite are expected to appear shortly. These stations, which are already on Freeview, have just secured the necessary licences from The Radio Authority for satellite broadcasting.

Kiss 100 and Smash Hits Radio, which incidently have achieved a digital reach of around 900,000 listeners each in the latest set of RAJAR listening figures, have been testing since mid July.
