My System: Humax HDCI-2000, Dragon Twin CAM 4.1, DVDO HD+ scaler, Sony LCD TV
Channel 4 HD on air now!

Name "3875"
11796H
29500
3/4

Receiving it on Humax HDCI-2000 with version 11 software, Dragon CAM and Sky card.

Currently upconverted SD but very good quality.

Lip sync slightly out but tolerable (probably down to Humax).

My System: Skystar2, Fortecstar Passion HD, moteck 2100, Lidl 80cm dish

I'm getting it on 11798H with Fortec Passion and diablo cam with s*ycard.
I'm getting the lypsync problem too so it must be an issue with the transmission.

That's interesting - a different receiver and CAM. I have been assuming it's a problem with the Humax (still could be of course). Do you get the same problem on other encrypted HD channels (if you don't have an HD sub, Sky HD retail info channel or Box Office when on previews)? Having watched some shows I get the impression that the lipsync is drifting rather than having a fixed error, but the sound is always late.

Today the sound is synced ok for me but the sound periodically fades away to nothing and then returns. I don't have HD sub and havn't found any previews yet.
Is Sky HD retail a seperate channel, I don't seem to have it.

My System: 3.6 m prime focus DH dish Invacom Quad LNB Digibox

Channel 4HD is working nicely in Israel - so I can stop my struggles with 2A North beam.

It's free to view only with a Sky card (or a Sky Freesat card for a one-off 20 quid purchase).

Thats a shame! I dont have a S*y HD box...
I do, however, have a Pace 810XE HD Box, but i dont have a cam for it. Any suggestions on a cam that will take a S*y viewing card? ( One that will also take "smart" cards would be nice!!!)

A Dragon/Trex will work with the card. As for using it in your Pace, there were problems a while ago with the cam, but possibly the latest firmware has rectified this.
