My System: Sky UK family pack. FTA analogue & digital satellite from 5 fixed dishes (4.6E/5E/13E/16E/19E/23E/28E) Pace MSS100, Echostar IP3000VA (with dragon cam), Coship CDVB 2300A, Fortecstar Lifetime Ultra, Technomate TM-1000D, Dreambox 7020S, 2250kb  The last noble sat warrior to fly the olden flag of Analogue |
ITV HD are reported testing on 11428 H tagged as 10510..For our expats with HD kit this is Eurobird 1!  Apparently its not available to Sky boxes yet http://img88.imageshack.us/img88/9895/itvhdtesthj9.jpg

BBC HD will probably stay where it is. C4 will also almost certainly shift to 2D, but the C4HD encryption contract have a while to run yet
