Icecrypt and TechnoMate

Guys,

I've not used a programmer since the old days of ondigital.

I'm using a inifity programmer and trying to get codes to use with a technomate 5000dapci and a icecrypt cam

Main things i need help with.

1. Where do i get the hex files and what channels with this get me.
2. When do i know when to use a funcard 5 and a goldcard
3. How do i use this card with a icecrypt cam i have
