Infinity USB Pheonix Programmer and card

Hi All,

This is my 1st thread. I just bought Ebay.co.uk/ws/EbayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=140195503334&ssPageName=STRK:MEWN:IT&ih=004" target="_blank">Infinity USB Pheonix Programmer I would like to know
what's the roles of the Cams and the Cards?
For exemple I have Humax VA5200 with 2 viaccesess cards reader, is any Cam will fit in it?

My System: IDD CI24 ECONO MM Penta 1.20 Galaxy II 1.2Mtr Polar MTG yes it has been on the arc for 21 years and is still driven by a modified wiper motor from a Ford Anglia. It's like me sometimes groans but always performs


Saved us from the black plague of ignoratio elenchi, he awaits a special badge with jugs

Perhaps I had better explain, you have managed to break a forum rule in your first post. Perhaps you missed reading the rules, we can rectify that.

We do not discuss anything to do with c a b l e on this forum this is a satellite tv self help forum. You only ask questions when you have read about what it is that takes your interest, there is a whole section on cams and cards here

Thanks for editing your post, the role of cams and cards is to emulate a genuine cam and card. There are loads of threads concerning this where I indicated in the previous post and look especially at the sticky ones with a red marker. If you want more detailed technical information have a look at a very useful site here
