Infinity software Version 2.70 and Ports Disconnected

Hi,

I wonder if you can please help. I have downloaded and installed this new version on a PC running Windows XP. This software shows that the USB Infinity (USB / Serial connection) is disconnected. I have tried different USB ports, but no change.

The older version 1.52 is also installed and works fine without any problems. Can you please kindly advise or point me in the right direction on solving this issue?

Sounds like you've downloaded the wrong drivers. 2.70 are for the Infinity Unlinmited, 1.60 are the latest drivers for the Infinity USB.
