help cloning blue card using master burner

I have a masterburn plus , i am trying to clone a blue card , i know the e-prom has to be the same or bigger and i am wondering how does this work with the pic do they have to be identical ? can anybody suggest any other cards that i can clone from blue ( PIC16F84a + 214c64 )
I bought an emerald wafer card ( PIC16F628+24LC64 ) And i have also tried gold card, no luck so far.
Also is it possible to read the card and save the file then write to a card because i am having no luck doing this either.

My System: Pace Sky HD, DM7000s, CubeRevo 3000HDPVR, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Digital Spectrum analyser.

Will depend what the card is as to whether it can be copied, cloned or even read successfully.

As you have put nothing in you profile as to your system, we can't gain any clues from that either.

If it is what I suspect, then best to read the announcement at the top of this and every forum before continuing, if it isn't, then give more information.

As there does not appear to be an Optus C2 in service presumably you mean Optus D2. The transmsissions on there are mainly in Irdeto D2 which means you cant clone the card

Irdeto 2 & NDS Videoguard. No chance

The only way around it would be to use linux boxes and set up a local cardshare round your property.
