Cas3 / Funcard (AT90S8515 + 24C256) Clone

Hi Guys.

I picked up a Cas3 programmer a while back, which ive only just started to experiment with.
Previously ive allways used my Jaycar for all PIC based Chipsets.
Untill now, ive decided to give a Atmel based Chipset a go.
What i'm attempting to do is read a Currently active Funcard (AT90S8515 + 24C256) and copy it with the Cas3 to another (AT90S8515 + 24C256).
So far when ever i copy the active card, i save the flash.hex and Internal eeprom data, and then rewrite it to a virgin (AT90S8515 + 24C256) i dont get any action from the new card..
The application i am using is Smartcard programming via the latest release of the Duolabs software package.
All write attempts come back with fully complete and verify as complete/Done.

Can anyone Smoke me up and put me out of my missery ?.

Any pointers appreciated most brilliantly ..
