in text i read this interface can now emulate a ci slot,without using a pc!

any other new features?

The Cas 3+ Plus has been available for a while, check the duolabs website they have a pdf document with the full details, although knowing duolabs it will be some time before the software works properly

how about the cas 2 interface,what features are mising in the older version that the cas 3 has?

I don't think the Cas 2 Plus has a card programmer, unlike the Cas 3+ and Cas 3+ Plus.
The older Cas 2 programmers can't even use all the Cam programming software like the Common Host Interface option.
