tvb card , can i use it my own decoder

i may in the future get a tvb jade subscription, but they say they have to install and supply the equipment.

Q: would i be able to use this card in my strong 4653X decoder.

To be honest I doubt you will get a response giving an answer to this question, we are not aware of what you have in the skies above you as we are on the other side of the globe and cannot see the satellites you can thus the terms you mention mean nothing to us. You may get an answer in time from a passer by but you would be better posting such a question on an antipodean board.
