possibly silly question - clone freeview card

This may be a silly question, but is there an easy way to clone my sky freeview card? I already subscribe to sky, that card is in my main digibox, but I have a freeview card (the one with the yellow house on it) in a bedroom digibox, and I would like another for another bedroom. I know I could py £20 for one, but I see these programmers for about a tenner

Vxmulti 2 Smart card Programmer
Phoenix Smartcard Programmer 3.57 Mhz

Would either work? Is it easy? Or am I just being too mean to pay £20? Or is there another way to get a freeview card?
Many thanks.

My System: Triax 1.1m and Orbital 80cm Motorised Dishes. Various fixed Dishes. Eclectic selection of Digital and Analogue Receivers. Complex switching and distribution that SWMBO cannot fathom. Nor me.

Also, take care not to confuse Freeview and Free to View !

Technically it's possible but,

1. Not at home (VERY ADVANCED equipment is needed)

2. Will cost you many many many times more than 20p
