Info on Programming cards

Hi, I'm living in Australia and have been visiting a few sites over the last few weeks on how to programme cards for free satellite channels(optus b3),am now more confused then ever. Was wondering if anyone out there could point me in the right direction, i need info on pretty much everything, what programmer is best, programming,where to buy cards, the right cards, step by step instructions, related sites etc any info at all would be much appreciated

As you are a newbie the best thing you can do is read other peoples problems/questions. If I was to explain everything to you It would take forever.
This forum has different sections for different subjects, so read as much as possible. Many others have already asked the same questions that you want answered..
