Programming of cards - the codes etc

I am about to start to program my cards for the first time, where should i look on the internet to find the codes etc to enable me to program a card to watch the Tequilla, the P and K channels etc?

Does anyone have an instruction leaflet etc? Please dont laugh i am new to all of this.

My System: Telewest Broadband
Problem with Fun 4 card

I have a Fun 4 card that I originally purchased for Telewest viewing but the card has expired, I have bought an Infinity programmer but do not know how to re-programme, can ayone assist?
